Recently, our company welcomed customers from abroad to visit our PCBA OEM site and personally verify our OEM manufacturing capabilities and quality control measures, in order to establish a long-term foreign trade cooperation relationship.
Our relevant personnel led the client on a tour of the entire process of PCBA's one-stop OEM and material service, and briefly introduced each OEM process to them:
1. Circuit board booth: Firstly, we led the customer to visit the circuit board booth and displayed our PCBA circuit board assembly samples.

SMT mounting site: We led the customer to change into our dust-free workshop clothing, visited our SMT mounting site, and witnessed the operation of our automation equipment and the positioning of component mounting. We explained the advantages of SMT surface mount technology, such as production efficiency, high precision, and low cost.
5. DIP plugin post soldering assembly: We showed the customer the process of DIP plugin post soldering assembly, which is a key step in soldering the plugin components onto the circuit board. We emphasize the importance of strict quality control and welding processes.
6. Testing: We demonstrated our testing equipment and process to the customer, including functional testing, reliability testing, and environmental testing. This ensures that our products meet the customer's requirements and standards.
7. Packaging room: The customer visited our packaging room and learned about our packaging process and standards. We emphasize the importance of product safety and protection to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation and storage.
8. Material Storage Room: We have shown our customers our material storage room, which is a strictly managed area for storing and managing raw materials and components. We emphasize the importance of material traceability and inventory management.
By visiting our office area, our professional team responsible for electronic component procurement, as well as the SMT component assembly, DIP workshop post welding, testing, and packaging processes in the workshop, customers have gained a full understanding of our production and manufacturing process, quality control measures, and corporate culture.
