We have a professional sales team & component procurement team, committed to providing customers with one-stop solutions from demand analysis, supplier selection, procurement negotiation, quality control to logistics distribution. With our rich industry experience and diversified supply chain networks, our team is able to accurately connect with major domestic and overseas high-quality components manufacturers and distributors, thereby ensuring that the purchased components are from authorized sources.

SMT Workshop

The company has 4 fully automatic production lines. Core production equipment is imported from Japan and the United States, including Yamaha placement machines (YSM20R/YSM10/YSM10R) and high-precision reflow soldering systems.

It supports stable mounting of 01005 components with BGA pitch ranging from 0.18mm to 0.4mm, with a daily production capacity of up to 1 million points.

The production lines are equipped with 3D SPI, full AOI inspection and X-Ray BGA testing equipment, which effectively control defective rates and improve product stability and reliability.

Engineering Department

Our Engineering Dept. is composed of a team with more than 20 years of circuit board processing experience. Relying on its profound technical foundation and rich manufacturing experience, we pay attention to details and strictly control quality throughout the entire processes, from DFM review, solution improvement, process development, finished product inspection to functional testing. We strive to meet the customized circuit board manufacturing needs in various complex application scenarios, and willing to cooperate with you to create more competitive electronic product solutions.

DIP Workshop

As a professional PCBA manufacturing service provider in Shenzhen, we are not only equipped with advanced automated SMT equipment production lines, but also cover traditional DIP manual soldering to meet different customer needs. Our production process includes rigorous manual operations, to complete product surface treatment (such as precision coating), precise THT assembly, high-efficient wave soldering operations, as well as complete ICT/FCT testing, to provide a high quality of one-stop (from SMT to DIP) PCBA processing services.

Material Warehouse

Our material warehouse uses an intelligent management system, to provide a safe and standardized constant-temperature-and-humidity storage environment. We strictly control the inventory management of components incoming and outgoing, so as to ensure the supply quality of various electronic components, thus effectively supporting the company's high-efficient production & operation.

Visiting Corridor

This is the visiting corridor head to our production workshop and warehouse. Our factory adopts a scientific and reasonable layout design, which is spacious, bright and clean, and complies with the safe production standards. It effectively connects various production sections, ensuring the smooth flow of circuit boards from raw materials entering the factory to finished products, greatly improving the overall production efficiency, as well as the safety & comfort of the working environment.
