The PCBA comprehensive quality verification process, also known as the PCBA testing, is an indispensable quality assurance link after the printed circuit board completed components placement. At this stage, technicians use sophisticated automated or manual tools, like SMT first article tester, solder paste print inspection, X-RAY non-destructive testing, automated optical inspection, digital bridge tester, multimeter and so on, to performs a series of electrical characteristic testing at key test points programmed into the PCB design. The voltage and current response relationships between these test points have become an important basis for measuring whether the actual PCBA assembly matches the original design specifications.
